Through WiFi connection, the VDR connects to a smartphone for local app viewing, or subscribe to the optional cloud live viewing and GPS telematics monthly service.

The VDR Config App is specifically for the VDR-220 and VDR-760 system. This app provides a direct connection from the smartphone to the VDR system (within 15 ft), to view video, playback recordings on SD card, download clips and enable/disable audio recording of system.”
To connect to VDR-220 or VDR-760, go to Smartphone WiFi setting and connect to VGxxxxxxxx. Once connected, return to app and view video
